Bu*bon"o*cele (b?*bŏn"?*sēl), n. [Gr. boubw`n groin + ? tumor: cf. F. bubonocèle.] (Med.) An inguinal hernia; esp. that incomplete variety in which the hernial pouch descends only as far as the groin, forming a swelling there like a bubo.
